Nastia Prestoopa Urgently Needs Finances to Fight Blood Cancer!
We appeal to everyone who cares for the people in need to help us raise finances for 9-year-old Nastia Prestoopa! This spring the girl was diagnosed with myeloblastosis – a very aggressive form of blood cancer. In order to survive, Nastia urgently needs to undergo bone marrow transplantation from an unrelated donor. This surgery is not being practiced in Ukraine. The only way to help Nastia is to take her to the Hospital of Oncology and Hematology in Minsk, Belarus, where they have an extensive experience of successful surgeries. To cover the expenses of the surgery, the family needs $100,000, an amount unbelievably large for a young family of villagers from Khmelnitsk region. Nastia’s parents are doing their best to raise the money but it becomes increasingly impossible for them with Nastia’s 6-months-old brother in hands. We believe that God will bring many people together to participate in Nastia’s complete healing!

Andrey Zakutny Needs Immediate Medical Treatment!
Natalia, a young mother of 2-year-old Andey Zakunty, applied to “Operation Blessing” for help. Her son suffers from an incurable condition called Hemophilia B (non-coagulability of blood). A scratch or a bruise that are so common for children of his age can become a real tragedy for Andrey.
In her letter to Operation Blessing Natalia wrote, “I had to come to Kiev with my son Andrey because he needs immediate injection of a very expensive medication called “Immunin” (concentrate of 9th blood factor). The cost of one ampoule of such drug is about $200. For a relatively “normal” life my son needs 6-7 ampoules of the medication every month. Because this condition is considered to be incurable, we have to always have 30 ampoules in an air-tight container in case of immediate need (like common appendicitis). Before Andrey undergoes in-depth examination in Heamofilia Clinics in Moscow to find out how this medication is compatible with his blood, the boy has to live a very constrained life. The cost of consultation and medical examination and the first injection of the medication at the Clinic amounts to $6000. I apply to everybody to help us raise the money for this medication that is vital for my son! With respect and great gratitude to you, Andrey’s mother, Zakutnaya Natalia”.

Dmitry Ostrovsky Needs a Surgery To Be Able To Walk
Dmitry Ostrovsky is 27 years old. Three years ago when he was 24 he fell down from the roof and injured his back. Dmitry has already had one
surgery but had no finances to continue the treatment and therefore he has been a prisoner to the wheel chair since that. Dmitry is living by
himself with no one to care for him (and he lives in a house without heating): his single mother died one year after his injury.
Dmitry’s pension is 174 hryvnas (about $35) per month whereas the official cost of the surgery is $2000. Our surgeon examined Dmitry during
the medical outreach and has seen that Dmitry has a very high chance to receive complete healing if he undergoes another surgery.
Dmitry prayed the prayer of repentance during this medical outreach and he believes that God can change his life forever – and you can be the
change by reaching out to help this young man.
